@foghornNat Natalie, this is such a part of the healing process. Having to revisit it when you don't want to. I always felt that God was in it and was willing me on. In the beginning, I was happy to explore other things but I always knew that I would go back. It was just when. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

@lydimoo @rhiannonhrees @foghornNat Yes, I remember it well. Mine was 2016 but the sting is just so real. Got through in June this year and have already suggested supporting others in this. I really needed to talk to someone who understood and that is very difficult.

@imbarty @foghornNat I have never found anyone who has 'got over' a non-recommendation. I love the sentiments on this thread and I remember that feeling of despair like it was yesterday but actually it was 2016. Getting through on the 2nd doesn't remove the pain of the 1st.
