@British_Airways been trying to call all day to change my May holiday. They say if it’s within 8 weeks to hold the line, it then cuts me off! I can’t change online and need to change it as it’s only 5 weeks away. How am I meant to change it if I can’t get through on the phone??

@British_Airways We currently have a trip booked using a previous voucher after trying to travel since 2019, had to change a couple of times due to diff reasons, now my partner has lost his job. Is it possible for a refund as apposed to a voucher? Causing so much stress!

@IKEAUKSupport Really disappointed with the Hemnes dresser purchased in B'ham store a couple of years ago. There isnt much weight in it at all but as you can see it has warped so much. So much so the draws dont close properly paying that much money this shouldn't be happening
