Finished season 4 of Discovery and I gotta say, it's my favourite season by far. Loved seeing @SonequaMG in the Captain's chair. All of the things that MB has been through were reflected in the wisdom of her decisions.

Never cared much for half-orcs or half-elfs in fantasy. Either go with a fully mixed world where players can select their PC's biological features a la carte ("darkvision with a side of wings, hold the tusks") or have species be incompatible.

Cons: Your high follower count is unlikely to transfer over.
Not as many users as twitter, so expect less numerical engagement.
You won't get the same indignant high that twitter's rage-bait tweets provide.
Less exposure to non-ttrpg posts, unless you curate your feed for it.

TTRPG folks - https://t.co/nNSBXzHjyv on mastadon is more consistently informative and insightful on TTRPG matters than Twitter. It is more grassroots than the high-follower-count algo of Twitter.

Use it not in place of Twitter but in addition to it.
