Gp 1 PH with high HFpEF probability have less clinical improvement with traditional PH therapy, compared to gp 1 PH + low HFpEF prob. Do we need more intensive PH therapy, sotatercept or HFpEF therapies for these pts? Many unknowns that need RCTs.
