كثيرون يعتقدون أنه "لا يوجد عسل أصلي في مصر"، وكثيرون آخرون يعتقدون أنه "العسل الأصلي نادر في مصر"!

لن يتم حل مشاكل تسويق العسل قبل تفكيك هذه المصيبة ودحض اعتقادَيْها. ولأن صعوبات تسويق العسل هي إحدى أهم معوقات النحالة، فستظل النحالة تعاني ما بقي هذان الاعتقادان.

تداول المغشوش بِحُرِّية في الأسواق يعرقل تسويق العسل الأصلي. مما يؤدي إلى انكماش قطاع النحالة. وهذا يؤدي إلى تنامي المغشوش أكثر فأكثر.

A real “Honey” must fulfil a couple of conditions:
1. The SOURCE must be the LIVE PLANTS standing on their soils!
2. The CREATOR must be the BEES.
Any product fails to fulfil one or both conditions is not “Honey”.

ما هو العسل!؟
خلال رحلة عملي التي زادت عن الـــــ 20 عاماً كثيراً ما سرح خاطري في ماهية العسل!!!
ما هو العسل الحقيقي!؟
وخلصتُ إلى أن العسل هو ما توفر به شرطان:
الأول: أن يكون مصدره إفرازات من أو على النباتات الحية القائمة في موضعها.
الثاني: أن يكون صانعه هو النحل.

هذه فقط أمثلة لألوان وطعوم وتأثيرات عجيبة لأنواع نادرة من الأعسال. لكن قوائم الأعسال النادرة تكاد تكون لا نهائية! 👌
