سی ڈی اے کی جانب سے بھی ایک کوتاہی سامنے آئی ہے سانحہ پمز کے فورا بعد ایک خط منظر عام پر آیا کہ سی ڈی اے نے 10 دسمبر 2025 کو پمز انتظامیہ کو کہا تھا کہ آپ کا فائر سیفٹی کا انتظام درست نہیں ہے۔لیکن سی ڈی اے نے زیادتی یہ کی کہ ان کو جواب میں جو پمز نے خط لکھا تھا وہ انہوں نے نہیں دکھایا جس میں 24 دسمبر کو پمز نے جواب دیا تھا اور ان سے Guidance مانگی تھی کہ بتائیں کیا کیا کرنا ہے جس کا جواب سی ڈی اے نے نہیں دیا۔
