My question to the (both central and state govt).why every year flood occur at Bihar. Why this temporary solution is there after every flood by giving relief package.why we don't think of a permanent solution.#biharfightflood.

Gandak Baraj Dam is in between India & Nepal border having 38 gates out of which18 gates are repaired but 18 gates of Nepal side is not repair yet.Danger for Bihar and U.P. Now after some time Nepal given the permission to fix the other 18 gates. Big relief to Indians.
