Its not about interruption, it's about smart meter consuming way more than what we are using.
Could you please help with the issue? As no one is reachable on ur helpline numbers and they mark the issue resolved.

@KESCoHQ It is a smart meter complaint. The meter keeps using 20, 25 units within just hours of only using a fan and light. When we call on the help lines, they keep marking our complaint as resolved and no one has visited ever since to resolve the complaint. Please help.

@KESCoHQ No, the electricity has not been restored. It has been 8 hours of non supply. And 1912 is not reachable at all.

@KESCoHQ Why is the electricity not coming since morning in Baudh nagar, Naubasta.
Its so frustrating to keep up, since the electricity as well as all power units are discharged. Please make sure to get it resolved. Also your toll free number 1912 doesn't work at all.

@KESCoHQ The light keeps going from 10:30 pm every night at Baudh nagar, naubasta,and does not restore till 2 am in the night.These are the peak sleeping hours,people are so disturbed due to this,and there is no number published that is in working condition to resolve this issue @KESCoHQ
