in december i made $10,000 in 11 days selling a google doc i didn't write and here's the entire breakdown:

scrolled instagram for 3 hours looking at info product ads in ai niche.

wasn't looking for "good products" - was looking for ads that kept running for weeks, something that i knew needs to blow up.

if someone's paying to run the same ad for 14+ days, the math works. simple.

found one: "fix your sleep in 7 days without pills or supplements" - $37 pdf + simple web app made in lovable to track your progress.

ad was running for 26 days straight according to fb ad library.

screenshot the landing page. noted the structure:
- headline calling out the problem (you're exhausted and it's ruining everything)
- 3 bullet points of what you get
- testimonial screenshots
- single cta button
- checkout embedded directly on page

no long copy, just pain → solution → buy now.

took 90 minutes to rebuild the entire thing:
opened lovable, fed it screenshot of the hero section.

prompt: "recreate this layout exactly but rewrite copy for someone struggling with productivity from bad sleep. Write it in French."

did this for each section

- hero,
- bullets,
- testimonials,
- cta.

connected stripe checkout. $27 price point.

now i needed the actual product:
- went to youtube. searched "how to fix sleep naturally."
- found 4 videos from doctors/sleep experts with 500k+ views each.
- transcribed all 4 using 11labs.

fed transcripts to claude: "turn this into a 7-day protocol for fixing sleep. casual tone. checklist format. make it feel like a system not a course."

output was 12 pages. organized it in notion:
day 1-7 protocols morning routine checklist
evening routine checklist supplement guide (optional) troubleshooting section
downloaded as pdf. uploaded to funnelkit. product done.

total time: 6 hours from finding the ad to product ready.

Now, it’s marketing time.

getting buyers without ads:
posted the link in 6 reddit threads about sleep/productivity/burnout.

didn't spam. just replied to people asking for help:
"been there. this protocol fixed it for me in 6 days. structured everything here if you want it: [link]"

some threads deleted my comment. some stayed up.

posted in 4 facebook groups (productivity, biohacking, remote work).

same approach, genuine replies to real questions.

the first sale came 8 hours later from reddit.

then 2 more that night from facebook.

momentum started building because funnelkit sends instant delivery.

people bought - got instant access - i was adding more and more testimonials from alts.

social proof creating more social proof.

8 days later: $11,740 in sales.

$1080 total ad spend. no audience. just copied what was working in english and ran it in french.

the original sleep offer had dozens of competitors in english markets.

french market? found 8 products total. maybe 3 were halfway decent.

translated the entire funnel word-for-word using ai. hired someone on upwork for €40 to clean up the copy so it didn't sound robotic.

same structure. same testimonials (translated). same checkout flow. same pdf product.

just in french.

took the top 3 performing ad creatives from fb ad library. the ones that ran for 14+ days.

downloaded them. ran them through claude: "translate this to french, keep the same emotional intensity."

launched ads targeting france, belgium, switzerland.

€30/day budget split across 3 creatives.

first sale came 3 hours after ads went live.

then 8 more that day.

by day 3 i was doing €600-800 daily. scaled budget to €135/day and let it run.

the math was stupid:
€8.18 to acquire each customer €89 per sale €80.82 profit per buyer €1,080 total ad spend €11,740 total revenue €10,660 net profit in 8 days

literally 1:1 funnel.

just french instead of english.

people usually talking about "adapting for culture" - nobody cares. pain is universal. sleep problems in paris feel identical to sleep problems in new york.

they waste time testing new creatives when proven ones already exist. just translate what's printing and run it.

they price the same as english market. adjust for local purchasing power.

they don't run ads because "i need to test organically first" - you already know it works. it's been running in english for months. just pay for speed.

the entire framework is even simpler than organic:
find ads running 14+ days in english (proven)
- screenshot funnel + download ad creatives
- translate everything
- adjust pricing for target market
- launch same ads in french/german/spanish
- scale what works immediately

took me 6 hours total to set this up.

funnel translation: 2 hours product translation: 1 hour
ad translation: 30 minutes meta ads setup: 2 hours upwork coordination: 30 minutes

€11,340 from 6 hours of work and €1080 risk.

this isn't even a business yet, it's just proof that:

non-english markets are starving for the same info translation is arbitrage speed beats originality when the model is proven you don't need to create anything new to print

most people won't do this because:
"translation feels like copying" - it is. that's the point.
