@TeamYouTube The guide doesn't work because Step 2 is completely greyed out and locked; I cannot click anything to link or unlink. The duplicate conflict under my name was permanently closed weeks ago. Since I'm trapped by a frozen UI, can you please escalate this to your internal team?

@TeamYouTube Thanks, but I have followed all guidelines and been active for 60+ days (since Feb 16). The issue is that the "Valid ID" and "Video Verification" options are completely missing from my settings. I am the primary owner. Can you check why the manual ID option isn't appearing?
