An AI just hung up on us because they didnt understand our reason for calling today, so we requested to go through to an agent.

At this stage the AI said it could not help us and hung up the phone...

Sadly this is not an isolated one off, its a daily hindrance that takes up time in a small business such as ours.

This is not progress, Making it harder for customers to do business is a step back.

And the fact large companies are trimming on average 1/4 of there work force after they trained the AI's they used to replace them is just horrendous!
