Just had Papa C’s BBQ! I had the brisket sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese, but put a layer of the Mac on the sandwich itself. Brisket was delicious(!!) but the meal was lacking in texture variety for myself. 3.5/5 for the food itself, conversation with the cook adds .5 tho.
