@BikeRacket @UH_DURP Fair point, but I don't know how it works for you folks in Honolulu C&C. On Maui legislative branch/council can amend fares/rates/fees during budget sessions. The director/executive branch has full jurisdiction of routes and schedules.
So I think it is a good idea to push both
