I feel like the constant pivoting at the top of the card is hurting WWE's storytelling.

They were teasing something with Roman and Jey, that was dropped.

They used the entire closing angle of WarGames to tease Roman vs. Cody, dropped.

They then randomly decided to put the title on Drew whilst they worked out the WWE Title plans for Mania, and have now had him lose the title six weeks before the show.
