#AVANTI yet another made up reason for cancelling a train at the last minute. Even the staff are disgruntled with your attitude. Both staff and passengers say bring back Virgin.
The same happened to me. I complained that the choices were not clear. That 'online' meant ordering online and not, as I thought, sending the voucher to my online Morrisons card. They did change it for me and I received the voucher which I had claim at the store.
Just found out today that @Morrisons have been sneaky. I've just tried to use a £25 voucher I received but they're saying I selected online only when we don't even have an online account.
Can you believe, @itvhub, that, to sign up up to your hub, I would need to press back on the calendar 816 times to enter my date of birth. Why can't I just type it in that field!!
