Clinical research is broken—reliant on slow grants and outdated VC models.
We built AxellaCoin ($AXC) to provide decentralized, transparent funding that gets trials moving fast.
Real estate. The world's largest asset class.
$326 trillion in global value. And for most people specially in Real Estate Development — completely out of reach.
Until now. 🏗️🔗
Libertum is proud to announce our partnership with @LandhiveRWA — a Swiss prop-tech platform transforming how real estate development gets funded.
Together, we're bringing property development finance on-chain in Cardano @Cardano_CF@Cardano
Tokenization - USD $950,000 - @AgriBrazil (Agriculture)
Imagine a family farm in Brazil. Fertile land. Advanced irrigation. Rows of soy stretching to the horizon.
Now imagine owning a piece of it — with yield paid to your wallet automatically, every season. 🌱
That's exactly what just went live. 🧵
Appreciate the post @astroboysoup and the fact you’re putting proposals like this in front of the wider community 🤝
We know it’s a meaningful treasury ask, which is exactly why we tried to focus the proposal on measurable infrastructure, institutional participation, and long-term on-chain activity rather than short-term hype metrics.
Our view is simple: if Cardano wants to compete seriously in RWAs, the ecosystem needs production-grade rails that issuers, investors, and regulated participants can actually use.
We’re building with the broader community in mind and genuinely believe collaboration across teams and projects will create far more value for Cardano than fragmentation ever will.
We already have a number of amzaing projects who are onboarding to the platform and are happy to move and build on Cardano because we make it so simple. @AxellaCoin@LandhiveRWA@trnznd and more to announce!!!
2.193M ADA for institutional RWA infrastructure on Cardano.
Libertum says it has already tokenised $115M+ in assets and wants to bring regulated issuance, CIP-113 compliance, lifecycle management, marketplace participation and institutional onboarding to Cardano.
Real-world assets are a big opportunity, but this is a serious treasury ask.
Would you fund it?
*Not a paid promotion
You are raising a very important structural point.
Cardano staking is safe, liquid, and attractive which is a strength. But it means DApps must offer something more meaningful than passive yield to activate capital.
That’s exactly why we are building around governance-driven capital formation where using ADA (and participating) unlocks real-world economic coordination, not just APR.
Utility has to exceed staking, not compete with it.
Well said.
Cutting NCL might defend optics short term, but it doesn’t create value. Ecosystem activation does.
If we want sustainable $ADA appreciation, we need builders, real usage, and capital formation happening on-chain. Treasury exists to activate growth not to sit idle during a competitive market cycle.
Long-term value needs to be the focus.
This is exactly the direction and fundamentals we are building upon.
We grow TVL by anchoring real-world clinical trial capital on Cardano — treasury reserves, governance-locked tokens, vendor settlement balances, and patient engagement flows that stay on-chain because they’re operationally required, not yield-chasing.
Users + transactions + purpose-driven TVL.
Institutional rails matter. CME futures expand how serious capital can interact with ADA which is a necessary layer for real-world and enterprise use cases on Cardano.
Cardano, Chainlink and Stellar futures are now available to trade.
Expand your trading strategy with the capital efficiency and flexibility of these new contracts, available in both larger and micro sizes.

@dori_coin@cardano_gourmet Completely agree. We are building in healthcare where execution, not ideology, determines adoption.
Cardano’s strengths only matter if they’re pulled into real workflows.
@atriumlab@DraperDragon Excited for this space.
Question: if the objective is adoption and ecosystem maturity, why cap external LP capital at ~$5M? Was a co-investment or matching-capital structure considered to bring more outside capital into Cardano alongside Treasury funds?
Cardano has proven decentralized governance works.
AXC asks the next question:
What if we applied it to science?
Our Fund15 proposal adapts Catalyst’s governance stack to enable transparent, global biotech collaboration—where contributions, reviews, and decisions are recorded on-chain.
This is DeSci with structure.

@libertum_token Agree. Shared infrastructure is what allows serious, long-term builders to thrive. This closely aligns with how we’re approaching real-world use cases at AxellaCoin. Excited to see this capability come online on Cardano.
Infrastructure enables others to build.
For regulated real-world assets, enablement means providing a solid base: shared infrastructure for identity, permissioning, lifecycle management, and governance-aware compliance.
Libertum’s Catalyst proposal focuses on enabling that layer on Cardano, so other projects can build with confidence and longevity.
