@Uncle_Skeleton @elgato before i even install the software it's giving me "USB 3.0 required" in the device manager

the producer in me is kind of a perfectionist...

my @elgato facecam 1080p is refusing to connect to my computer, even though I've ensured USB 3.0 port and USB 3.0 cable. The software insists I'm on USB 2.0, which is not true, and doesn't detect my webcam

Anyone run into a similar problem?

@Uncle_Skeleton @elgato ill connect with a usb 2.0 cable and the computer won't detect it, I switch to usb 3.0 cable and it gives me "USB 3.0 required" notification

I've reinstalled the software, not sure best way to reinstall drivers but I think i've done that too
