Due to finding out the news of my mom being close to passing away, I've had to put music on hold until I can get past these tough times - I will be back releasing music again once I'm feeling myself again
Donβt ever feel like you need to make moves in this journey all on your own. Team up with others, build a strong circle of driven producers who have the same vision/goals/mindset and most importantly learn to maintain those relationships.
It can be overwhelming at times trying to fit music into your work schedule, but you gotta keep moving. When times are tough try to spend just an hour a day on something constructive towards your goals - here are some examples to get you thinkingβ¦..
Reorganize your samples
Make templates for specific genres and tasks (Sound design, mixing/mastering)
Watch tutorials
Ask for feedback from professionals and make adjustments
Spend time networking with others/creating contacts
Develop a strategy/plan for your socials
I have a lot of respect for artists who are able to juggle work, music, social life and a relationship well, theres so much to balance on a day to day basis
