5月26日，有博主曝光：抖音平台上，有一群丧心病狂的用户 在抖音评论区 和 社群，以“穿小棉袄”此类黑话暗语， 隐晦地交流 “性侵女儿”的经验。

这些用户不仅在评论区公开用黑话“小棉袄”等互相识别，还在抖音里建立了社群，交流分享经验。
根据曝光的聊天记录显示，他们在群里谈及：
“互换小棉袄” “有偿、无偿”
“谁家小棉祆借我穿一下”
“穿棉祆有没有吐里面，注意避孕哦” ​​​

5月27日，抖音官方回应：平台高度重视未成年人保护工作，严厉打击涉及侵害未成年人权益的内容和行为。
经核查，相关视频涉及账号和群已无限期封禁，相关不良内容、评论将按照平台规则从严处置。
对涉嫌违法犯罪的行为，我们将保存有关记录，并依法向有关主管部门报告、配合有关主管部门调查
