The stable is minted and redeemed "through the pool" in which the collateral is placed — contrary to many stable protocols where collateral was mis-used,

Axion admins have no control on the collateral. This is as secure as can be

We are improving our AMO contract to be able to use any staked stable as collateral — and help the most promising stable protocols on Ethereum to expand to other chains

Axion will bring new streams of liquidity to Dexes (sDai, sUSDe,..)

- The backing produces yield for the protocol ( and DeFi yields are greater than TBills yields )

The AMO ( automated market operations ) puts the backing at use in the pools that also guarantee the repeg

- is permissionless repeg — possible as reserves always guarantee peg
- must bought on a Dex -- Dexes de facto co-own the protocol
- is incentivised — farmers always get a better deal with Axion
