@Hairyparrot1 Delivery dates set in the PO. The remaining language regarding defaults & remedies is largely beneficial to Mullen as it provides the company with ‘wiggle-room’ in the event of delays, additional demand, force majure events etc. This all seems rather standard and expected to me.

@Hairyparrot1 Its clear. The contract is for 6,000 to be taken down in 3 tranches with the PO date set as the affirmative covenant. The 1st tranche dated 12/22/22 was for 1000 units. The 2nd is before 5/1/23 for AT LEAST 1000 units. The 3rd is for the remaining balance of the 6000 by 8/1/23.
