Opinion.

1. Amorim has to be given several windows.. No ifs or buts.

2. Every current United player is technically for sale. Maybe keep a couple of the rookies. Maybe.

3. Sir Jim needs to sort his messaging out. Coming across like Labour with the pensioners heating debacle. Lots of scrooge, not enough "I'm a fan who's going to make you smile again ".

4. Get Sky cameras to sneak in and show a random Tuesday with workers making shit areas better, actually SEE some progression.

5. Hammer home a policy. "No galacticos, we're going to find the best and brightest on earth and trust them ". Lean heavily on the 1937 academy stat to find and bring through 4 or 5 solid youngsters. Not flighty wingers, a 19 year old CD, a workman like CM, tap into industry, not flair.

6. Go for City, big time. "We're going to out recruit, out think, out fight our neighbours ". You win that one over 5 years, your standards go up.

Forward momentum. There's too much standing still and too much misery. And as I've said before, United and Liverpool are the ONLY clubs in the country that can get back in double quick time when all of the above is checked off.
