they act as simple landmarks to measure and more importantly, they are at slightly visible when someone has their skin.

The main bones in the skulls head are the frontal bone(forehead), Partietal bone(top middle of skull), the Occipital bone, zygomatic bone and the Temporal bone.

the face is comprised of the frontal bone, Maxilla bone, and Mandibles.
