Bayern have submitted a written offer to Ismael Saibari and his agency today. Direct talks took place between Vincent Kompany, Max Eberl, Saibari and his representatives on Monday. Kompany has approved Saibari as a versatile squad addition. No club to club agreement yet. Bayern have clear financial limits they don't want to exceed [@Plettigoal]
