​🎶 ​When asked when a new album would drop, Yunhyeong honestly explained that all members really want to release music together as a full group, so they need to wait for Donghyuk to be discharged first.

​With a laugh, he playfully told fans: 🍒"Waiting until next January is totally doable, right? But 2028 (June's discharge) feels like it's never coming, so don't even think about that far ahead yet or you'll get exhausted!"

​He talked about Donghyuk's remaining days, sharing his own military wisdom 🙂‍↕️: once you pass D-100, the first digit changes every 10 days, but when you hit D-50, time completely freezes because you know all military routines by heart and your brain thinks about nothing except discharge! ​

​Yoyo was visibly excited about the upcoming NEW YouTube content, telling everyone to definitely look forward to it. 🤗

​When fans asked if next week's guest is a celebrity or a chef, he kept it a total secret with a cheeky smile:

​Yunhyeong talked about meeting up with his former military comrades that evening, reminiscing about standing overnight duty (당직 - dangjik) 🌘📟

​The best part, however, was getting compensatory leave (전휴 / 전투휴무) for doing weekend duties. He loved taking Mondays off so he could enjoy a 4-day weekend from Friday 4 PM through Monday while everyone else went back to work!

​He laughed at himself for rambling about the army: "Aish, I'm meeting up with the military guys tonight, that's why I can't stop talking about it!"😄

👤: do you have a plan to do a concert with a live band in the future?

#HANBIN: not yet. the thing about having a live band is that it’s tricky for me because it makes dancing a little awkward. there’s limited space, and moving things around, setting them up, and taking them down isn’t that easy either. and if i want to perform with a live band while keeping the band hidden from [the audience] view, the venue would have to be really, really big. also, my songs don’t necessarily have to be performed [with a] live [band]. in many cases, i think my songs sound better when played with the instrumental tracks. it’s that sense of damping or impact in the sound, you know?

🐥日本に行ったら……でも最近はこういう感じなんだよ。日本も同じだろうし世界中どこでも似たような状況なんじゃないかなって思うんだけど…どこかの国に行ってその国ならではの料理を食べたいっていう気持ちがあまり湧かないんだよね。例えば韓国と日本で考えてみて。韓国では日本食がすごく充実してるじゃん。だから韓国ですでにたくさん食べてるんだよね。そうなるともう日本に行かないと食べられないものってあまりないんだよ。そういうものがあれば食べたいけどね。
でも世界中どこでもそうなんじゃないかな。フランス料理とか中国料理とか……あとは何があるかな。ヨーロッパ料理とかアジア料理とか韓国でもいろいろ食べられるからものすごく食べたいっていう気持ちにはあまりならないんだと思う。
だからただおいしいものが食べたいんだよね。おいしいもの。その国のおいしい料理をおいしいお店に行って
でも韓国料理も同じなんじゃないかな。海外にいる人が韓国料理を食べるためだけに韓国に行きたいって思うのかな？

🐥ちょっと違うよね。日本の話が出たから例を挙げると日本の料理はちょっと甘めなんだよね。もう少し甘かったり少ししょっぱかったりする気がする。僕の好みではね。でも僕は甘じょっぱい味が好きだよ。

🐥味が違うっていうけどそこまで大きく違うわけじゃないよ。最近は再現度がすごく高いから。その微妙な違いがあるほうがおいしく感じることもあるんだよ、というのも韓国で外国の料理を作るときって韓国人の好みに合わせて少しアレンジしてる感じがあるじゃん。だから逆にそっちのほうがおいしいこともあるんだよね。韓国料理が好きな外国人ってめちゃくちゃ多いよね。韓国料理はおいしいよ。韓国料理がおいしいのは間違いないんだけど海外でも韓国料理を食べられる機会がかなり増えてるんじゃないかな、って思うんだよね

👤: it’s been a year since i bought “The Flamingo’s Place,” (Honghak-ui Jari by Jeong Haeyeon) but i still haven’t finished reading it.
🐥: once you start reading that book, you can’t stop! you want to know why i enjoyed reading it? i enjoyed it because it wasn’t overly emotionally drawn-out or full of tragic sob stories. it wasn’t overly dramatic, pathetic (anguished longing), or overly sentimental.
🐥: everyone has their own personal grief, right? but there are times when other people can’t relate to that personal grief. there are some works that try too hard to turn one person’s sorrow into something everyone is supposed to empathize with, frantically trying to convey those feelings almost forcing the audience to sympathize.
🐥: i liked that this book didn’t do that. that’s why it was easy to read. the writing was clean and straightforward. i think that’s about as well as i can explain it. i finish it in about 2 or 3 days.

👤: says the person who writes melancholic, heart-wrenching lyrics while hating that in books!
🐥: that’s true, but what i mean is… well, this applies to me, too. it applies to me as well. i can’t escape criticism from others either. what i’m talking about is that feeling of forcibly appealing a big, personal emotion to force empathy out of everyone… that part just doesn’t resonate with me. in fact, i feel a bit of resistance toward it. if someone feels that way about my lyrics, too, then i guess i need to improve and grow more as a songwriter.
