@ZSFfym@huttama_@valvesoftware I am talking about performance differences, and what matters to me, and you are reading something out I never said and making your own assumptions. There is definitely some 2D going on.
@bq000pd@huttama_@valvesoftware I don't understand some of what you are saying. I am very good with English even if I am ESL. Still, comparatively, this is a great mini PC for its gaming performance for its price. Please find a better mini PC for the price for me if you can. Not used old stuff. Size does matter
@ZSFfym@huttama_@valvesoftware "stop telling people to get a laptop" ... you don't understand the meaning of words. I didn't tell anyone to do anything. I never suggested anyone do anything. I said I often use lower end hardware even though I don't need to, because of benefits, and it plays games fine.
@TheLaurenChen They are just lazy. I have issues with time kind of like they describe... Its easy to learn to deal with it, especially today with a phone in your pocket you can set multiple alarms for things.
@ZSFfym@huttama_@valvesoftware Who told people to get a laptop? Get what works for you. My laptop works great for most things and very portable. I also have an older gaming laptop, Legion, that has a RTX 3080. I prefer the lower end smaller one just for size reasons. I can turn down graphics and use FSR. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@ZSFfym@huttama_@valvesoftware That is terrible, I already have a smaller ITX computer with a 5080. Its not about performance or money. I play more often on a laptop with an AMD APU with a 880m that is like 60% the speed of the Steam Machine, and it runs things fine.
@NicolsV29172986@The_Joker@valvesoftware Yes, mini PCs are fantastic. I hate how big my ITX Fractal Terra computer is, and its extremely small next to a normal PC. Form factor is more important than performance. I often play games on a laptop with an AMD 880m just fine, and that thing is like 60% speed of Steam Machine.
@legxndares@huttama_@valvesoftware yes, the size is the main selling point for me... supported well SteamOS machine second. For high end gaming I'll stick to my machine with a 9800X3D and RTX 5080. I don't only play high end games or on one machine.
@B_Fartknocker@huttama_@valvesoftware I doubt it, unless you got some major unrealistic deal, or used or something. Thanks anyways. There are machines that can rival and outperform this sold in 2020 though. There are also machines in 2026 that perform worse for the price too. None of this is as simple as people act
@Safir975@huttama_@valvesoftware I guess you never shopped mini PCs. I have laptops already, not what I am looking for. If you don't understand the difference, not much I can tell you in a tweet.
