My Discord account, which is actively used to conduct business operations, communicate with clients, and manage customer relationships, was recently compromised. Since the incident, the attacker has continued using the account to target and compromise customers and clients connected to my business, resulting in ongoing financial and reputational damages.

Despite multiple attempts to contact Discord Support and provide evidence of ownership, I have been unable to obtain meaningful assistance or timely intervention while the situation continues to escalate.

Due to the severity of the losses incurred, reputational harm, and the continued risk posed to my clients, customers, and business operations, I am now actively documenting damages and exploring all available legal avenues, including potential litigation and claims related to negligence, business interference, and resulting financial harm.

If anyone within Discord’s Trust & Safety, escalations, or legal departments sees this, I am urgently requesting immediate review and intervention regarding this case before additional damages occur.

I am also encouraging any affected parties who may have interacted with the compromised account to secure their own accounts immediately and document any related losses or unauthorized activity.
