@airtelindia since last 1 week my fibre is down and no resolution is being provided. After calling customer care, your agent is so arrogant that he is least bothered to answer and resolve. Agent name Shashank Singh. I am hardly able to use the service, as its down all the time.

@airtelindia what a way to treat and greet new customers. Called your helpline no. to enquire about Fibre plans, and the way i got treated is really pathetic to be seen in today's time. The agent deliberately cut my phone and didn't entertain about answering me.
