@VoxTalk2Us

Why is it us thst have to put pressure on @vumatel when we pay to you guys?

They have not even acknowledged that there is even an outage on any of their sites yet.

2 days without connection for those of us working from home is unacceptable!

[Ayanda Cindy Skosana @AyandaCS]

@vumatel

It’s crazy thst we’re heading to over 2 days without fibre!

Seems you guys pride yourselves in poor service. There’s absolutely no way you find this to be normal.

It’s disturbing! If it were that easy to move to competitors we would because this makes no sense

[Ayanda Cindy Skosana @AyandaCS]

@dinanodamano @vumatel They have not resolved anything. I’m also still without since yesterday too.

This is ridiculous @vumatel

[Ayanda Cindy Skosana @AyandaCS]

@vumatel

When do you plan on giving an update or fixing the outage in Northworld/ Northriding?

[Ayanda Cindy Skosana @AyandaCS]

@vumatel

The internet is still down. It literally came on for a few minutes then went down again.

What is the update? The matter clearly has not been fixed

[Ayanda Cindy Skosana @AyandaCS]

@vumatel No it has not

[Ayanda Cindy Skosana @AyandaCS]

@VoxTalk2Us I just did.

[Ayanda Cindy Skosana @AyandaCS]

@PEPstores_SA your PAXI delivery service is atrocious.

Honestly pathetic! Do better because this is nonsense! Customer service is even worse!

NEVER AGAIN!

Man ALL YOU HAD TO DO was no-sell it. If you hadn't gone down like you'd been shot, nobody would've ever known. What, you think your spouses are sat at home watching Coldplay jumbotron footage??? You've absolutely played yourselves.
