@Shabuu_II Djibouti stopped giving passports to Somalilanders after the Tigray war. With the exception of very few people. Most of the current SL admin have western passports like the Presidency Minister and advisor Gaabuush. Djibouti needs SL more than SL needs Djibouti. Good luck to them
