One morning the real family woke up locked in the attic, listening to themselves laughing downstairs…

tbf I have also seen non-gulf Arab guys larp as being from 'Dubai' or Qatar to impress girls

this one guy tried to impress my white friend by saying "I'm from Dubai" - my naive white friend thought he was a rich sheikh or something lol

Then I saw that guy, with his 2020 Honda living in a mid condo with roomates and knew there is no way he is from UAE.

So I confronted him in front of her and he was forced to say "oh my parents are originally from Jordan, my dad works in Dubai as an engineer" 💀
