It was a privilege to review the exceptional submissions and select four winners for this year's cohort.

📌The winning entries showcased remarkable academic potential, research prowess, and originality.
We extend our sincere gratitude to St. Paul's leadership and our esteemed partners at Roha Health for their invaluable collaboration throughout this process.

📌Together, we are committed to fostering a culture of research excellence and empowering healthcare professionals to become catalysts for positive change in their workplaces.

•📍Dr. Abinet Mitiku: Prevalence and associated factors of the cause of Large Bowel Obstruction among patients admitted at SPHMMC’s ER.
• 📍Dr. Bereket Alemayehu: Assessment of the association between Community-Based Health Insurance (CBHI) and patient satisfaction in a tertiary care hospital: a cross-sectional study
• 📍Dr. Bereket Nigussie: Prevalence of migraine headache among medical students and its impact on quality of life
• 📍Dr. Hana Tsehay: Prevalence, clinical characteristics, and pattern of post-TB lung disease in patients seen at SPHMMC’s chest clinic.
