I don't want to trivialise what the fuel subsidy removal and FX reforms did for the economy's stability. They were big deal policies, in my opinion. And I appreciate them, most especially for someone like me who's risked capital (in different forms) in this economy.
But after three years (going to four years), can we please point to other relevant and concrete policies designed to move us forward instead?
Since 2023, it's the same punchline. Can we have something else and not lap up those two policies (especially since they came with an almost proportionate increase in harsh standards of living)?
