One of the things interesting about current AI models is something I term "source of truth." What gives you the most accurate output over time. Noticed I switched from ChatGPT - Gemini - Claude because of this.
For PhD colleagues, it's the same. This is crucial for most fields.
In my head are a lot of ideas.

What I have realized is that building what people want makes selling easier. Selling is hard but I have had more fun in the past month than the whole year combined. The difference: a product that solves a problem, one that we improve by listening.
Learn to differentiate between those who show up, support and celebrate you in your growing phase; and those who wait until you become renowned before they privately, publicly or consistently identify with you.
