Gender neutral, single space facilities are the way forward. For the safely and comfort of everyone

She flinches at the door bell (attendance officers). ASD at play too. Starting to see small shoots as we work with her to fell safe and accommodated

@K_DeRosa_NY135 @HazelAppleyard_ Nope - gen alpha are just hitting 15 at the top end. Have 3 gen Z kids - one married with own home and career established, another parent to a 2 year old. The other is 17, so an inevitable cross over as there is on the cusp of any generational change (xennial here)
