TINUBU AND THE APC LACK THE PEDIGREE TO DELIVER THE LAGOS-CALABAR COASTAL HIGHWAY. IT'S ANOTHER AVENUE TO WASTE AND SHARE OUR COMMON WEALTH.
1. History never lies - In April 2008, Tinubuβs Lagos State Government approved β¦70 billion for the construction of the Okokomaiko-Iddo-Marina Line, initially scheduled for completion in 2011.
2. However, the government failed to deliver and postponed the opening date several times, from 2013 to 2016, then 2017.
3. By November 2016, only 16 km of the 27 km Blue Line had been completed, with skeletal service beginning in 2023, 13 years after the promised delivery date.
4. A project that should have taken 3 years ended up taking 15 years to complete a mere 27km of light rail.
5. Comparatively, the Lagos-Calabar Highway spans 753km.
6. It's unrealistic to expect a government that took 15 years to complete 27km to finish a 753km road.
7. Perhaps, this project might extend into generations, with Seyi Tinubu's grandchildren inheriting it.
8. It's doubtful whether even your grandchildren will see the end of this project, which seems destined to be another opportunity for embezzlement.
9. In a country where many struggle to afford a meal a day and millions of youths are unemployed, investing 15 trillion in such a massive project seems misguided.
10. I hope we survive this renewed hopelessness.

@PeterObi Oga, thank you for making it easy to speak for you. I am watching Daniel Bwala defending Atiku as I type, and he reminded me of Keyamo from the day before. Thank you for making my job easy by the exemplary way you have conducted yourself and lived your life..ππΏ
After a conversation with his former management team, I'm made to understand that he was very likely high when he tweeted this.
Apparently he has a severe and ongoing drug problem. Which is not an excuse, but at least it provides some context for this puzzling unraveling.
