@maddymad33@shekinahmission Enjoy your very well deserved rest Maddie. Dont believe you'll ever stop serving people who need help but hope its at an easier pace for at least a while. Much love. X
Welcome Ayshea Cross, who starts with TPT today as our new Strategic Lead Officer. Chris will work with her over the next 8 weeks to handover before his retirement.

Thank you to all of our volunteers today who helped us provide fresh, chilled & long life food to local people at risk of hunger. It was great to be joined by @member_coop Carl Williams, @Coopโs well deserved #communitystar2020. Congratulations Carl!๐
Are any of my Bristol friends and family looking for that awesome feeling you get when you do something amazing for others?? #faresharesw can give you that opportunity ๐
Bristol, we're on the hunt for more amazing #FoodHeroes to join our #volunteer team! Could you or someone you know spare a few hours a week?๐https://t.co/Y4OqnfJNqD
Retweets welcome! ๐
๐Thank you to Plymouth Labour Community Action for today's delivery of yellow reusable face masks for our volunteers. We're also grateful for the disposable PPE which can be included in our crisis packs if requested. Lovely to meet everyone, especially the talented mask makers๐
๐Thank you @BristolScrapStore for delivering 2 pallets of fantastic food from @faresharesw today. Huge thanks also to our amazing team of volunteers who helped unload and sort it out to go into crisis food packs as well as on to other Plymouth charities too๐
***STRONG BAG APPEAL*** ๐We desperately need more strong bags as soon as possible! We are are receiving 4 times as many requests for crisis food and we really need your support. These can either be dropped into a participating Plymouth Coop or contact us for a larger donation๐
In the YEAR of 2019 our charity fed 2,000 local people in crisis. In the MONTH of June 2020 we have fed over 1,300. More food charities are NOT the solution, but until we are no longer needed we continue to appreciate your support. Thank you. https://t.co/4kE1VsC6Nd
๐We really have the best volunteers including Eddie (& Sandra) who celebrated his birthday today by packing 25 crisis family food packs and then painting our new outdoor fence, which he'd also kindly built a few weeks earlier! Thank you & enjoy the rest of your day Eddie!๐
Do we have any followers, supporters or contacts from @curryspcworld on social media please? Trying to resolve an issue with the company that's impacting significantly on our charity's crisis food service and having huge difficulties accessing human support...Thanks in advance!
๐When the team at @innocent offered us 2,000 delicious smoothies for Plymouth children, we jumped at the chance! Within minutes of arriving they went straight out to local schools & projects we are already supporting, including @ShakespearePri, @KPPSPrimary & St Matts Church๐
George had hoped to raise ยฃ50 to help feed hungry children by cycling 12 miles. He only went and smashed both of these by cycling 13.2 miles today with his mum, and so far raising ยฃ375!! If youโd still like to sponsor him, please follow link below.

๐This amazing little boy has smashed his target by raising more than ยฃ250 already! If you can, please donate to show George what a difference one person can make when they want to help other people. What a superstar๐
๐Working with The Hygiene Bank Plymouth allows us to also add everyday essential toiletries in our crisis food packs. The link between food and hygiene insecurity is evident, and to be able to offer both in one pack makes a real difference to anyone receiving our support.๐
๐Georgeโs mum contacted us to say heโd like to use his new found love of bike riding to raise some money for any children struggling without food. If you can please support Georgeโs amazing effort. Thank you๐ https://t.co/NnY3g3KFu9
