The hold on those funds still has not been released meaning that you currently owe me over £300. We had a great cruise however I am really disappointed with the after care service and the difficulty I am having contacting you from the UK.
@CarnivalCruise how can I contact your customer service from the UK. We were on the Legend 2 weeks ago. I used my debit card for my sail and sign account. A hold was put on all my transactions and then you took the entire amount on disembarkation day.
@Jennnnnn_x This will be controversial as most beauticians will tell you to steer clear - but - a Clinique counter assistant advised me to use oil free moisturiser so I now use their DD gel and also the Redness Solutions cream & cleanser - haven’t looked back in over 8 years.
What’s going on @British_Airways. Stood in a q at T5 customer service for over an hour and no nearer the front - missed our connection to Miami - but we landed in time to get on the plane. Organisation here is an absolute shambles. 4 people on the desks - over
@SammualM Do you know if ‘fully vaccinated’ includes having had a booster? Myself and my husband had ours in December however my son has had only 2 doses - the last one being in February. He’s reluctant to get a booster so will try and avoid if possible!
@edsheeran@Etihad_Stadium disgusted at being charged £10 to have my empty ruck sack stored whilst at ED Shearan last night. Told to empty contents and put stuff in carrier bag. Then charged £10 for empty rucksack in the name of security. Joke! Money making scheme.
