@airserbia @AeroNikolaTesla have been stuck here for 3 days without our luggage and can't continue where we want to go. this has never happened to us before, only with this airline! never again this airline! very bad!!!

@airserbia @AeroNikolaTesla our luggage did not arrive at the destination airport either, we have already written to them via various social media or our own website. Unfortunately either no answer or the answer takes days until you hear something.
