Spaghetti and Meatballs this weekend, though i cheated in this particular dish as the meatballs are from IKEA but I did learn to make a good sauce out of dice tomatoes, salt & pepper, garlic paste and onion.

Dish = Salmon Choyela

Made a traditional Newari dish from Nepal mixed with salmon mince, onions, salt, pepper,chilli powder,cumin and coriander. Was a bit too salty though.
