Foreigners and stateless persons arriving to the Republic of Azerbaijan in connection with Formula 1 race to be held in Baku in 2026, will be able to obtain visas on arrival at the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan from August 25 till September 30, 2026.

One of the below mentioned documents is required for visa issuance:

1. An accreditation card or other document confirming accreditation in accordance with the relevant rules of “Formula One Management Limited” company and International Automobile Federation, the international organizers of Formula 1 races.
2. An accreditation card for Baku City Circuit Operations Company.
3. A ticket, including electronic ticket or a document that confirms obtaining a ticket for Formula 1 race to be held in Baku in 2026.

The 4th International Mine Action Conference — "Humanitarian Demining for Urban Recovery: Setting Standards of Excellence for Safe Settlements" — opened in Baku on September 2, co-organized by ANAMA and the UN Office in Azerbaijan.

#Azerbaijan declared humanitarian demining as the 18th National SDG and continues to advocate for the recognition of this issue as a global priority. With 57 countries still affected by landmines, the problem demands stronger international solidarity.

Azerbaijan continues to shoulder the main burden of demining and reconstruction in its liberated territories through its own national resources.
