We’ve just concluded a crucial trip.

I led a delegation of Arizona business leaders to Washington, D.C. to strengthen USMCA and protect our state’s economic future. We met with federal officials, the U.S. Chamber, manufacturers, and leaders from Mexico and Canada to keep our supply chains strong and Arizona competitive. 

From agriculture to advanced manufacturing, I’m fighting to make sure Arizona businesses can grow and succeed, and we’re not done yet!

It was our priority to meet with @USDA Under Secretary Lindberg @TheUSA. Arizona supplies 90% of North America’s leafy greens in the winter months + our farmers and ranchers are a powerhouse. Their success & livelihoods depend on the USMCA trade agreement.

Few states contribute more than Arizona does to America’s national security. In our meeting with @USTradeRep Ambassador Jeff Goettman, we highlighted how Arizona has grown as an economic powerhouse under USMCA, which is why we advocate for its renewal after review this year.

Governor Hobbs and the Arizona Delegation kick off Day 1 with a roundtable discussion at the @USChamber. As USMCA negotiations begin with Canada and Mexico, we showcased Arizona’s position as a stronghold for American trade, commerce, and national security.
