@didtheswanswin @sydneyswans I think one of the other things that makes Heeney as good as he is was his absolute willingness to put his body on the line in any situation. He’ll even invert himself to take a hanger although there’s a lot of risk to it he plays the role beautifully.

@_Stacey1987 The Rabbitohs have had more than 1200 representatives since 1908. Only 66/67 of them I think have played more than 100 games for them. Prior to his MND diagnosis Jai was gonna join them but the diagnosis ruined that and he had not played 100 games for any previous clubs either.

@DFS_9 I think what they should have done would have been swap the 1v4 to Saturday and the 2v3 to Thursday. That would have given likely Hawthorn 7 days and the Syd v Bris loser 8 days. And because of the swap over on the finals bracket the (likely) freo prelim would be the Friday game.

@DFS_9 @AFL Likely 6 day break for the loser of Swans v Lions too if Freo beat Hawthorn which will be expected. Since the MCG can’t be used on the Friday the Hawks would have a 9 day turnaround from Thursday to Saturday while swans or lions would play on the Friday

@MrCricketAust They still breached club protocol and standards. The sanctions from the club are because of the severity of that breach irrespective of the police investigation.

The suspensions will stand regardless of the outcome of the investigation.

Though given how the table looks like it’ll end up our only potential trip there will be for the GF, unless hawks finish 4th and we potentially have to go there for a PF.
