What began in 2018 with critical steam turbine airfoils has evolved into a deep strategic collaboration with Baker Hughes.

Over 8 years, Azad has:
✅Cleared one of the most stringent global qualification pathways
✅Achieved raw material, process, and product-level approvals
✅Qualified Sub-Tiers as per Baker Hughes specifications for special processes like Heat
Treatment, HVOF, and other related technologies.
✅Established in-house Shot Peening & CC1 coating capability
✅Developed micron-level precision manufacturing at scale
✅Today, we are also a key part of the Baker Hughes Oilfield Operations LLC, reinforcing our role in their global supply chain.

This is Azad’s fourth dedicated facility inauguration, adding to earlier expansions. A clear marker of momentum and signal of ambition as we continue our aggressive capacity build-out to meet surging global demand across aerospace, defence, energy, and oil & gas sectors.

The collaboration between Azad and Siemens Energy commenced in 2012 with the supply of highly critical rotating airfoils for just two stages of SGT 400 machines. As the first challenge given by Siemens Energy, Azad successfully manufactured complex parts and received approval, marking the beginning of a trusted partnership. What began as a focused collaboration has now evolved into a comprehensive relationship encompassing the delivery of airfoils and critical machining parts to the entire Siemens Energy ecosystem. Azad is also a key participant in Siemens Energy's Lion's Share program, making us an integral part of their global supply chain strategy.
