Then the airline suggested to ask us refund or change the ticket. I asked refund. Today I have received 991 SAR instead of 2300 riyal.this is not fare.From what base they given 991 riyal.Pleae ask your team to pay my full refund.and I need my ticket breakdown also.

Dear Airlines,I have booked my ticket on Aug 30 from IXM-CMP-DMM. My PNR is SLU7FA. My flight was cancelled by Airlines due to the pandemic situation.The total amount I paid for tickets booking is that INR 42378 which is approx 2300 SAR.

@IndiGo6E This is not fair ....This is the way you treat your customer....While I am cancel my ticket your company informed me that it will credit within 5 to 7 working days....after that your employee told me it will credit within 2 to 3 weeks....now you told me 25 to 30 working days....
