To treat someone who has supported you in this manner is awful. I wouldn’t have gone to the bank if you had just refunded me the money that was taken from me.

@AskPlayStation care to tell me why my account was banned for me turning fraudulent charges into my bank and to get the $250+ dollars returned to me that someone used to purchase games via the PSN store?

This person had the Gaul to add their number to my account in an attempt to lock me out of my account so they could continue abusing it. I removed it. I have followed the TOS since I bought my ps4 in 2014.

Before you come in I contacted support and was told it was too long since this person abused my account. The only reason I caught them was because I booted them out before the could buy Red Dead II. I followed all the procedures, changed my password, etc.

I have the transactions that are fraudulent, I have my fraud report. I should not be punished for something like this. No one should!

@PlayStation care to explain why my account was banned after I filed a fraud report for purchases made using my account that totaled $250+ dollars??? I’ve been a loyal and rule abiding gamer on your console since 2014.

I took the charges to you first and because I didn’t catch them immediately, I’m out $250+ dollars, thousands of hours of achievements, in game purchases!? To say I am upset at this is a gross understatement. I followed the next step and went to my bank.
