@VerizonBusiness I’ve been a customer for 15+ years and have 21 lines with you. You need to get rid of or modify your IVR system so we can get to a human being when we need to. As a business owner, I don’t have the time to fuck around, pressing buttons on the phone!

@AmazonHelp you folks are beginning to act like any other retailer rather than first in class. As a Business prime member and a large volume purchaser, I am very disappointed with my last couple of experiences on Amazon Business. Shame on you. Is ot time to go to Wayfair?
