@marcuslemonis@Oreo I can relate to this behavior, but when I do delegate I tend to make sure things are handled properly, although I probably wouldn’t have mentioned anything about Oreo 😂
@kimkep4796 Citadel going from trying to quash their subpoena to suddenly promoting transparency, could this be related to the SEC announcing that all data older than three years will be deleted? Meaning Citadel no longer has anything to worry about since evidence are already gone
HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE MMAT BK HEARING:
Peter Fountain, arguing on behalf of Citadel and Virtu's MOTION TO QUASH subpoenas...
"One is a question that is unanswered to this day... is why they need information from Citadel Securities....from VIRTU...?"
ANSWER: Because you are the f^king market makers who executed 70%+ of the transactions!!! Seriously???
"...from Anson?"
ANSWER: Maybe because Anson admitted to NBH they are short MMTLP NBH and needed to buy 10M shares??? Maybe that's it??? Yep, yep...that's probably it.
WAIT, isn't 10M > 2.65M??? FINRAAAA!?!
"And why do they want to know whether our client caused a spike? Because they want to name us as a defendant in the lawsuit."
TRANSLATION: Your Honor, if we give them the data, they will sue us...
TELL US YOU ARE GUILTY WITHOUT TELLING US YOU ARE GUILTY!!! #GTFOH

“Let the SEC Handle It”
But the SEC Didn’t, So Who Does?
FINRA, Nasdaq, Citadel, Virtu, and Anson Funds’ own arguments against discovery actually work against them.
Their motions to quash subpoenas actually prove why investor lawsuits are necessary.
They highlight the regulatory gap that private lawsuits were invented to fill.
If there’s nothing to see why are they fighting discovery so hard and treating basic trading records like state secrets?

@ronin21btc Women who cling to destructive, unrealistic ideals often end up alone and dissatisfied when time runs out. When the biological clock kicks in, what remains is the realization of a life built on illusions... ending in bitterness.
@PicturesFoIder It's remarkable how makeup continues to shape our perceptions. Strip it away, and J.Lo is probably still stunning just in a more authentic, unfiltered way.
