@tgspdcl I have replaced my elec meters with new one in Dec 2023 but the updating of details delayed and I received bill in May, June and the consumption of 6 months were issued as 2 months consumption causing Higher Tariff per unit. Kindly divide the units for 6 months period.

And this time I was promised that service will be restored by 11:30pm and it's 4:30 am now. Still no wifi service. Compensation was also promised but no action

@tgspdcl Issues still remains unresolved. As per AE we paid half of the bill but the new bill still shows the remaining charges that AE said will be cancelled. Even though the mistake is on board side, it is taking longer and we need to keeping taking rounds of electricity office.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been raising a complaint regarding no Broadband service since more than a week now. No proper action is being taken to rectify the issue. Such a pathetic customer service by airtel. May be now I need to take it to the consumer court.
