The #VaalDam is rising @ 107% despite this being the dry season. The entire Vaal River system is around the 100%. Some dams are even over 108%. This is unusual for this time of year. When the rains do fall, where will the water go? @PresidencyZA @DWS_RSA. #floods = #joblosses
